Darrell Dous

Managing Partner (Sales, R&D, and Logistics)

With over 30 years of diversified oil and management experience, Darrell began his career in the O&G industry as a firefighter and special services area, ranging from blowouts to plant fires in the field. After nine years in the field, he became a manager with a tubular company. This eventually lead Darrell to form his own company in the casing and tubular industry. Specializing in the design and building of hydraulic field units. Darrell currently uses his operational knowledge and out-of-the-box thinking to tackle and develop new products and methodologies.

Nick Koster

Managing Partner (R&D)

Nick graduated from the Colorado School of Mines in Golden, Colorado with a degree in Engineering- Mechanical Specialty. Nick became a working interest owner with an independent oil and gas operator, which in turn led to the opportunity to start his own fracturing company (Technology Stimulation Services, or Techstim). Nick soon began to develop new products and methodologies to enhance production. Upon the sale of Techstim, Nick began devoting more of his efforts to understanding and developing new products to advance the science of well completions in both oil and gas as well as geothermal spaces.
